- 真空ポンプの空気吸入側通路に、単数又は複数
の螺旋状の翼を持つた通路（遠心式除塵装置）と
、分離された砂、塵埃を溜め、自動的に排除する
装置（自動排塵装置）とを設けたことを特徴とす
る真空ポンプ。
