ポンプＰを具備する循環回路１１と、給湯用熱交
換器３から浴槽に連通し且つ湯張り弁３２を有す
る給湯回路と、更に、上記追焚き回路１１に設け
られた浴槽内水位検知用の水圧計１２を具備し、
浴槽内水位が目標水位に達したときに水圧計１２
から出る湯張り完了信号によつて湯張り動作を停
止させるようにした風呂装置に於いて、給湯用熱
交換器３から引出した給湯回路３１を、循環回路
１１に於ける水圧計１２及び送水ポンプＰの両者
の下流側から浴槽２を含む部分までの流路部に接
続し、湯張動作が開始したときには、その直後か
ら継続的に送水ポンプＰを駆動させるか、又は、
上記循環回路１１の上流端が浴槽２に開放する吸
水口１９が湯張り途中に於ける浴槽内水に漬かつ
た後に送水ポンプＰを駆動させるようにした湯張
り機能を具備する風呂装置。 給湯用熱交換器から引出した給湯回路３１を
