に従って上記スライド部材に追随するように本体を走行

た事により、本体を前方または後方に移動させようと連
結管に力を加えるど、上記連結管およびスライド部材が
本体に列して移動する事となり、その移動が検知される
と上記スライド部材に追随するように−l二記本体を走
行させるへく上記モータが回転し、本体の移動を援助す
る事となる。従ってたとえ回転式ブラシや拭き取り部祠
等を備えていても、使用者は非常に軽い力て吸込具を前
後に移動させる事が出来、また毛足の長いカーペットの
上でも好い力で移動させる事が出来、使用者の労力の俄
減を図る事が出来る。しかもこのよ・うな走行装置を備
えた事により、例えば吸込口に吸い付いて離れにくいシ
ーツ等の上ても、走行装置によってシーツを吸込口から
引き離しながら移動する事が出来るので、吸引力を大き
くした状態で寝具上を清掃する事が可能となり、タニの
駆除にも効果的である。
