ある。<Conventional technology> A conventional torch for carbon dioxide arc welding, which uses a flow of carbon dioxide gas to isolate the welding location from the atmosphere and generates an arc between the welding wire containing a deoxidizing agent such as silicon or manganese and the base metal. As shown in FIG. 3, an electrode tip 3, which the welding wire contacts and penetrates, is attached to the tip of a conductor pipe 1 that passes through the welding wire 2, and the area around the conductor pipe 1 and the electrode tip 3 is is surrounded by a carbon dioxide gas nozzle 4.

た。<Problems to be solved by the invention> In the case of the torch of the above conventional structure, the welding wire 2
The diameter of the hole in the electrode tip 3 that comes into contact with the electrode tip 3 is worn away by the feeding movement of the welding wire 2 and electrolytic corrosion, and the diameter of the hole at the tip becomes twice the diameter of the welding wire 2. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the welding wire 2 passes through the hole diameter of the electrode tip 3 in a meandering manner, and the electrode tip 3 and the welding wire 2 come into point contact at the bent portions A and B. , power supply failures occur due to a decrease in contact area. In addition, the loosening of the regulation of the welding wire 2 caused variations in welding positions, which caused problems, particularly in welding with automatic machines. Therefore, the electrode chip 3 has to be replaced frequently, which poses problems in terms of workability and parts cost.

In a torch for carbon dioxide arc welding, in which the conductor pipe and the electrode tip are surrounded by a carbon dioxide gas nozzle, the outer diameter of the electrode tip is tapered upward toward the tip of the electrode tip; An annular push plate is fitted around the outer periphery of the electrode tip, which is always pressed by a spring in the direction of the tip of the electrode tip.

ノズルを示す。 As shown in FIG. 2, this electrode tip 5 has a collect chuck structure that is divided into slits 11 that can be expanded and contracted in the radial direction. An annular push plate 7 is fitted around the outer periphery of the electrode tip 5 and is always pressed by a spring 10 in the direction of the tip of the electrode tip 5. 8 is a spring receiver fixed to the pipe 1 side, and 9 is a movable spring receiver that comes into contact with the push plate 7, both of which are made of an insulating material. 4 indicates a carbon dioxide gas nozzle.

The welding wire 2 is always tightened in the chucking direction by a pusher plate 7 fitted into the welding wire 7 and a spring 10 pressing the pusher plate 7. Therefore, the welding wire 2 comes into contact with the electrode tip 5 over the entire length of the electrode tip 5 and is regulated.

Since the electrode tip is fitted with a ring-shaped push plate, the push plate applies a clamping force toward the tip of the electrode tip, which reliably absorbs wear on the tip of the electrode tip and prevents the contact between the electrode tip and the welding wire. To improve front contact and eliminate power supply failures, and to reliably prevent welding positional displacement due to loosening of the regulating force of welding wires.
