Claims (1)
- 吸着板ガス室が内部に形成され、吸着板ホルダ
により外部雰囲気からガードされた静電吸着板と
、液体給排管が接続された液体循環槽を内蔵し、
該液体循環槽内に前記吸着板ガス室と持続された
温調板ガス室を設けた温調板、および試料吸着用
電極端子とを備え、液体循環槽内の試料温度制御
用液体の温度を温調板ガス室内のガス媒質にて静
電吸着板に伝導し、吸着試料の均熱化を図り、温
度制御性を高め、温調用供給熱エネルギーの低減
化を可能にした静電吸着試料ホルダ。
