Claims (1)
- 基板の絶縁平坦面に薄膜状光電変換素子を設け
ると共に、当該光電変換素子の変換出力を外部に
導出する出力端子部を、上記基板の絶縁平坦面に
対し傾斜した傾斜面または上記基板の絶縁平坦面
に対し窪んだ段差面に配置し、上記出力端子部に
出力導体を電気的に結合することを特徴とする太
陽電池。
