内容物があふれることなく、且つ手で持つことができる

しかしながら、これ等の提案されている容器はいずれも
内側容器と、外側容器との間に空間部を設けることによ
り保冷・保温等の断熱のみを目的としたものであり、い
ずれも内容物の加熱又はレトルト殺菌することは考えて
おらず、これらの容器に内容物を充填した後に加熱又は
レトルト殺菌することは、これら空間部が障害となって

充填、開封用ピール舌5を有する蓋材4でシールし、加
熱又はレトルト処理後に、該内側容器2と外側容器1と
を、嵌合部6にて嵌合一体化させ、次いで外側容器開口
