- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 磁気ヘツドコアチツプをセラミツクススライダ
で挾持接合した後薄板バネからなるジンバル上に
溶着したＦＤＤ用磁気ヘツドにおいて、 少なくともスライダ接着面部に対応するジンバ
ル面にスライダ外径に対応する一部膨出部を有す
る凹部を形成したことを特徴とするＦＤＤ用磁気
ヘツド。
