ングとで形成される内径部に、前記回転軸側に向
け拡開するテーパ環状溝を形成し、このテーパ環
状溝に前記回転軸よりも僅かに大径の中実な弾性
リング体を入れて、前記ハウジングとシール抑え
部材との非常時の締め付けで前記回転軸の軸周に
圧接可能に圧縮変形させたことを特徴とする軸封
