容器内に冷却ガスを導入して前記センサを冷却せ
しめるセンサ冷却装置において、 前記容器の内部のセンサの方向へ向けて延出し
てある冷却ガス導入部と、 前記容器の外部に延設してある冷却ガス排出路
と を設けてあることを特徴とするセンサ冷却装置
