In the present invention, a sensor detects the meandering wobbling of a polymerized long film piece having tongues during intermittent transfer, and the moving guide is finely adjusted in the width direction accordingly and attached to the moving guide. The V-shaped cutting device, the folding line heating forming 11 2 device, and the folding device for processing the tongue can be moved to the correct position of the tongue, and the folding can be performed accurately. Further, in the present invention, the V-shaped cutting device sequentially attached to the moving guide forms diagonal cut corners at both ends of the tongue, and then the folding line heating forming device heats and engraves the folding line at the base of the tongue. To continuously and efficiently manufacture a film bag such as an easy-to-seal envelope, which is made by folding a tongue piece with obliquely cut corners at both ends, by ensuring and facilitating the bending action of the tongue piece from a folding line by a bending device. It has an excellent feature that it is possible to compactly integrate each device for processing the tongue pieces as a unit on a moving guide, and to reduce the size and simplify the structure of the film bag manufacturing machine.

フィルムの巾方向に移動自在で移送方向に延設する移動
ガイドを設けると共に該移動ガイドに夫々間歇停止時に
作動する前記舌片を所定間隔毎にり型にカットするり型
カット装置と、舌片の基部に折込線を加熱刻設する折込
線加熱形成装置と、舌片を前記折込線より折曲重合する
折曲装置とを順次取付けたことを特徴とするフィルム袋
製造機における舌片折曲折畳み装置。
1.
