【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
本考案は、複数の核燃料棒を束ねてなる核燃料

〈従来の技術〉
使用済核燃料の再処理工場では、使用済核燃料

置は、第2図aに示すように、上下に駆動されて
使用済核燃料棒を複数束ねてなる核燃料集合体1

定量押し出す。次に、第2図cに示すように、ギ
ヤグ13を下降させて核燃料集合体11を押え付
けて固定すると共に、第2図dに示すように可動
剪断刃14を下降させて受刃15との協働により
核燃料集合体11の先端部を剪断する。ここで、
剪断された核燃料の小片11aはその下方に配置
された溶解槽内へ落下する。その後、第2図eに
示すようにギヤグ13及び可動剪断刃14を上方
へ退避させ、続いて第2図fに示すように、プツ
シヤ16で核燃料集合体11を再び所定量を押し
出し、ギヤグ13で押さえて可動剪断刃14で剪

にプツシヤ16で押し出した時に核燃料集合体1
1が剪断される前に長いまま剪断装置から落下し
てしまうという問題点があつた。所定の長さより
長い核燃料棒が落下すると、それが溶解槽までの
径路の途中で詰つたり、あるいは、溶解槽での溶

となることが無く、従つて最後まで核燃料集合体
を所定長さで剪断することができ、未剪断長尺燃
