【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は、配管使用状態、即ち液体、気体等の
流動体を流している状態で、安全且つ使用に影響
することなしに、流体の噴出を生ずることなしに
既設配管に分岐管を接続する無噴出分岐管接続装
置に関するものである。

端に弁を装着し、この弁の端に穿孔機を気密状態
でとりつけ、該弁を開として、この弁の流路を通
つて穿孔機のカツタを既設配管にあてて、該カツ
タにより既設配管に分岐用流通口をあけ、次に穿
孔機のカツタを引込めて弁を閉じ、該穿孔機をと
り外して、その後に、分岐管を接続する。このよ
うにして、既設配管を流れている流体を外部に噴
出させることなしに、使用中の既設配管に分岐管
を接続できる。もちろん、接続完了後には、弁を
開閉することによつて分岐管への流体の流れをコ
ントロールできる。

岐管接続装置に関する説明があるので、これを参
照されたい。

考案が解決しようとする問題点 上記の如き従来の無噴出型分岐管接続装置は先
ず短管をとりつけ、これに弁をとりつけ、これに
分岐管をとりつけているので、既設配管から分岐
管の入口までの間隔が大きく、従つて、例えば家
庭用都市ガスの配管等において、分岐管接続装置
を配置するスペースが狭いところに分岐管を設置
することが困難或いは不能となる。又、高圧ガス
搬送用の配管においては、ネジ、メカニカル継
手、クランプ等の使用は禁止されていて、溶接或
いはフランジによる接続しか許可されないので、
分岐管の接続が一層困難である。

をとりつけ、該弁の他端に穿孔機を気密にとりつ
け、弁を開いた状態で弁の流路を通して穿孔機の
カツタを既設配管にあてて既設配管に分岐用流通
口をあけ、次に穿孔機のカツタを引込めて該弁を
閉じ、該穿孔機を取り外して、これに分岐管を接
続するようにした無噴出分岐管接続装置におい
て、上記の弁の既設配管に接続すべき端部に、既
設配管の外径に等しい曲率半径をもつ一対の翼部
を形成し、該翼部を該既設配管に溶接によつて接
続し、分岐管接続用短管を使用することなしに既
設配管に分岐管を接続することを特徴とする無噴
出分岐管接続装置を提供する。

ことなしに既設配管に分岐管を接続することを特
徴とする無噴出分岐管接続装置。
