Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電極が電解処理槽の一部分を構成する電解
処理槽であつて、 電極の形状に対応する形状の少なくとも１つの
開口が形成された電解処理槽本体と、 前記開口に装填される電極と、 前記電極を支持移動する支持手段と、 前記開口と前記電極の周縁部との間隙に介装さ
れ、内部圧力の大小によつて電極面に垂直な方向
に膨張、収縮して、電極間隔の調整と前記開口の
シールを併せ行うチユーブ状部材を有してなるこ
とを特徴とする電解処理槽。 (2) 前記チユーブ状部材が２個から成り、前記
間隙に前後２重に介装され、前記電極を電極面に
平行な方向および電極面に垂直な方向に膨張、収
縮して、電極間隔の調整と前記開口のシールを併
せ行うものある請求項１記載の電解処理槽。
