Description
第１図は本考案の不織布芯地を構成する複合繊
維の横断面構造の模式図であり、第１図(1)およ
び(2)は木目状多層混合構造の繊維であり、第１
図(3)および(4)は非円形の島状である多島の海島
状混合構造の繊維である。第２図は複合繊維と熱
バインダー繊維とから構成された不織布芯地にお
ける繊維相互の接着状態を模式的に示した図であ
り、第３図は複合繊維の不織布にバインダー樹脂
を含有させてなる芯地における繊維相互の接着状
態を模式的に示した図である。 １……ポリアミド（あるいはポリエステル）成
分、２……ポリエステル（あるいはポリアミド）
成分、３……複合繊維、４……熱バインダー繊維
、５……バインダー繊維による接着部分、６……
バインダー樹脂による接着部分。

Claims (1)
- 繊維横断面が、熱可塑性ポリアミド成分と熱可
塑性ポリエステル成分によつて木目状多層混合構
造又は実質的に非円形状の多島の海島状混合構造
をとる複合繊維を含有し、バインダーによつて繊
維相互の少なくとも一部が接着されていることを
特徴とする不織布芯地。
