(b) Conventional technology Conventionally, for example, incubators store microscopic substances such as bacteria, so if synthetic resin, which is used in household refrigerators, is used as the material for the inner box that makes up the storage chamber, scratches may occur. The inner box is usually made of a stainless steel plate because it is easy to get stuck on the inner box, which causes bacteria to grow and become unsanitary. Therefore, it is difficult to form grooves for shelf holders like in synthetic resin, so columns are usually provided at the front and back on both sides of the storage room, and multiple through holes are formed above and below the columns.
A shelf holder is removably attached to the through hole to support both sides of the shelf.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention This shelf holder is usually provided separately corresponding to the front and rear through holes, has a shelf holder part that supports the side of the shelf on the inside, and has a shelf holder part on the outside that supports the side of the shelf. It has a locking piece that forms a groove that opens downward, and this locking piece is provided by engaging with the through hole, so that it does not rotate when the shelf is pulled out or when an impact is applied. , it can easily come off by jumping upwards, etc.
Therefore, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-46601, for example, a screw is required to prevent the screw from coming off, and the structure becomes complicated. In addition, since the shelf holders are located separately in the front and rear, it becomes troublesome to change the position of the shelf holder when changing the height of the shelf. In this case, especially when the load is concentrated on the front side when the shelf is pulled out, the rear part of the shelf holder will spring up, causing the problem that the shelf will tilt forward.
Therefore, there was a problem in that screws such as those disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-46601 were required.

(d) Means for solving the problem In order to solve the problem, the present invention provides vertical perforations in the front and rear parts of both sides 13 and 14 in a shelf device such as an incubator. A shelf holder 17 formed with a plurality of 15A and 15B and having a shelf holder 18 inside.
A first locking piece 19 forming a groove open to the front and back and downward on the outside front part, and a second locking piece 20 forming a groove open to the top and bottom and rearward at the rear part, The retaining pieces 19 and 20 are adapted to engage with the through holes 15A and 15B.

(f) Examples Examples will be explained with reference to the drawings. FIG. 6 shows a perspective view of a thermostatic incubator 1 (hereinafter referred to as an incubator) as an example. An operation panel 2 is formed on one side of the front surface of the incubator 1, and a storage chamber 3, which will be described later, opens on the side thereof, and a heat insulating door 4 closes the front opening so as to be openable and closable. Since a bacterial culture experiment is carried out in the storage chamber 3, carbon dioxide gas must be supplied, and a cylinder 5 for this purpose is connected to the incubator 1 by a gas transport pipe 6.

FIG. 4 shows a front view of the incubator 1 with the door 4 removed. The incubator 1 has an inner box 9 made of stainless steel built into an outer box 8 made of steel plate, and both boxes 8,
For example, a heat insulating material (not shown) such as glass wool is filled between the spaces. Moreover, the storage chamber 3 is constructed by this. Figure 5 shows the left side wall 9 of the inner box 9.
The corner portion formed by A and the bottom wall 9B is shown. The bottom wall 9B has a bulging protrusion 11 extending in the front-rear direction with a small distance from the left side wall 9A, and further extends from the corner of the bottom wall 9B on the right side wall 9C side and the top wall opposite thereto. Projections 11 projecting toward the storage chamber 3 are also formed at the left and right corners of 9D. This left side wall 9A and protrusion 1
A left side plate 13 and a right side plate 14 made of stainless steel are removably inserted and engaged from the front between the right side wall 9C and the protrusion 11. As shown in FIG. 2 (the figure shows the right side plate 14), the side plates 13 and 14 have a substantially U-shaped cross section with the front and rear edges bent toward the inner box 9. Left side wall 9A or right side wall 9
It is held by the protrusion 11 while maintaining a distance from C. A plurality of through holes 15A, 15B are formed in the front and rear portions of the side plates 13, 14 in the upper and lower positions, respectively.

FIG. 1 shows a shelf holder 17 of the present application. The shelf holder 17 is made of a stainless steel plate, and the upper edge is cut and bent to form a substantially horizontal shelf holder 18, and the front and rear parts are aligned in the bending direction of the shelf holder 18. is the first locking piece 1 protruding in the opposite direction.
9 and a second locking piece 20 are formed. The locking piece 19 once stands up and then extends downward to form a groove that opens in the front-rear direction and downward, and the locking piece 20 once stands up and extends rearward to form a groove that opens in the vertical direction. and a groove open to the rear. In such a shelf holder 17, the shelf holder 18 is on the storage room 3 side,
After the locking piece 20 is inserted into and engaged with the through hole 15B at the rear of the right side plate 14, the locking piece 19 is inserted into and engaged with the through hole 15A at the front part to be held on the right side plate 14. Note that the shelf holder 17 is also placed at the same height relative to the left side panel 13.
(It has a left-right symmetrical shape with respect to the one attached to the right side plate 14.) is attached in the same manner, and both sides of the net shelf 22 are placed and supported on the opposing shelf supports 18, 18.

At this time, if the upper edge of the locking piece 20 is set so as to come into contact with the upper edge of the through hole 15B, even if the net shelf 22 is pulled forward and the entire load is applied to the front part of the shelf holder 17. Since the locking piece 20 is prevented from moving by the through hole 15B, the rear part of the shelf holder 17 does not jump up, and the net shelf 22 is therefore prevented from tilting forward, eliminating the possibility of falling items. . or,
Since the locking piece 20 has a groove that opens upward and downward and backward, insertion and engagement from the front can be performed smoothly, and the shelf holder 17 can be easily attached and removed. Furthermore, since the left and right side plates 13, 14 and the shelf holder 17 are removable from the inner box 9, cleaning work is easy, the proliferation of bacteria can be prevented, and the storage room 3 can always be kept sanitary.

(G) Effect of the invention According to the invention, the upper edge of the second locking piece at the rear of the shelf holder comes into contact with the through hole on the side, preventing the rear part from jumping up, so when the shelf is pulled out, Accidents such as the placed articles falling due to the tilting forward can be prevented. In addition, since the second locking piece forms grooves that are open to the top and bottom and to the rear, it is easy to insert and engage from the front, which has great practical effects such as making it easier to attach and detach the shelf holder. .
