Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
通常の差動歯車機構はサイド軸を両側外方に突
出せしめて車の後輪の運転時の円滑作動のみを計
つているが、本発明はこれの倍速回転原理を増減
速機構として採用するもので、これを図面により
詳細に説明すると、差動歯車のギヤーケース1に
小歯車2,3を介して連動するサイドギヤー3,
3の片方軸を中空軸4とし、サイドギヤー軸の他
方軸5をギヤーケース1の内部に延長して中空軸
4を貫通して双方の軸を同一方向に突出せしめ
て、両軸間に逆転防止ラチエツト6(例えば自転
車フリー機構)を介入せしめ、中空軸4側にとり
つけたラチエツト刃7と他方軸5側に軸承した爪
8により双方軸が正転方向に共回りするように
し、片方軸例えば他方軸5にブレーキ機構9(例
えば自転車用バンドブレーキ)を設けて停止出来
るようにしている。このようにして原動力をギヤ
ーケース1を回転するため大スプロケツト10に
伝える(例えばペタル入力をチエーン等で連動す
る)と大スプロケツト10は両壁面の小歯車2,
2、サイドギヤー3,3を介して中空軸4と他方
軸5に連動する。中空軸4にロード(例えば自転
車車輪ハブ軸)を連結すると、他方軸5を倍速で
空転しようとするが、ラチエツト6に阻まれて他
方軸5と中空軸4が共回りする。今他方軸5のブ
レーキ機構9をレバー11を引いてシユー12を

けてもよいが狭あいの為本案実施例を示したもの
で、また第5図のようにサイドギヤーとギヤーケ
ースの間に、逆転防止ラチエツトを設けてもよ
