インナパイプの外周面との間に空間が形成される
ようにしてそのインナパイプの外周に設けられる

管であつて、 前記インナパイプが全長にわたつてほぼ一定の
円形断面を有しており、 前記アウタパイプの一端が前記インナパイプに
対して固定され、そのアウタパイプの少なくとも
他端側の一部が前記インナパイプの外周面に接触
するように楕円形断面状に押圧変形されている、
