Claims (1)
ール面で互いに接触し合うケーシングを有する電
磁弁と燃料噴射ポンプとの間の圧密な接続継手で
あつて、弁ケーシング又はポンプケーシングに固
定された緊締フランジが設けられており、該緊締
フランジが弁ケーシング又はポンプケーシングに
緊締フランジの裏面に配置された、減径された緊
締頚部を介して結合されかつ緊締フランジの前面
にシール面を有しており、緊締フランジに外側か
ら係合する中空円筒状の緊締ナツトが設けられて
おり、該緊締ナツトが緊締フランジの前面側を越
えて軸方向に突出しかつ該突出範囲にポンプケー
シングもしくは弁ケーシングに対して螺合させる
ねじ山を有しかつ緊締フランジを締付け固定する
ために緊締フランジの裏面側に係合する形式のも
のにおいて、緊締ナツト34に設けられた、緊締
フランジ33を通すための貫通開口48の内径が
十分に大きく、緊締ナツト34が前記貫通開口4
8を制限している内壁に環状の凹部37と、該凹
部37に前記ねじ山36に向かつて直接的に隣接
した、前記凹部37よりも大きな半径方向の深さ
を有する施削凹部42とを有しており、緊締フラ
ンジ33に対して緊締ナツト34が前記凹部37
内に配置された、突き合わせ範囲に最小の分離間
隙50しか有していないスナツプリング39を介
して係合しており、該スナツプリング39が緊締
フランジ33の外径に比して小さい内径と、前記
貫通開口48の内径に比して大きい外径とを有し
、緊締フランジ33の裏面と、前記凹部37の、
前記施削凹部42とは反対側の半径方向の側面と
に支えられており、緊締ナツト34にスナツプリ
ング39を装着するために、取付け工具80を用
いて分離間隙50の範囲でスナツプリング39が
捩られ、緊締ナツト34の貫通開口48内を軸方
向に前記施削凹部42内に達するまで押し込まれ
、緊締フランジ33を貫通開口48内に通したと
き前記施削凹部42内に弾性的に拡開させられ、
次いで緊締フランジ33が前記施削凹部42を通
過させられたあとで弾性的に戻されて前記緊締頚
部35に接触させられることを特徴とする、圧密
な接続継手。 2 施削凹部42の軸方向の長さが緊締フランジ
33の軸方向の高さhとほぼ同じであり、施削凹
部42の半径方向の深さがスナツプリング39の
半径方向の幅寸法とほぼ同じである、請求項1記
載の接続継手。 3 スナツプリング39の横断面40が円形面で
あり、前記凹部37の側面38が少なくとも前記
横断面40の半径に相応する半径方向の深さを有
する、前記横断面40に合わせられた円弧状の形
