きている。Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, lint generated during washing or rinsing adheres to the laundry, resulting in poor finish and inconvenience, so various methods have been devised to remove the lint. Recently, using the pumping effect of a pulsator, the washing water between the tank and the water receiving tank is sucked in by the pulsator through a hole in a flange fixed to the bottom of the tank, and is then pumped into the washing tank through a discharge port with an open end at the top of the tank. It is known that the method of refluxing through a filter is widely used. This method reliably collects lint, reduces the amount of lint attached to the items to be washed, and makes the washing machine easier to use than before.

る。 However, this method requires a single-tub type dehydrating washing machine with a double tank structure, the inner tank (tank) has many small holes, and washing water is also present between the inner and outer tubs, and is not suitable for large-sized washing machines. In order to increase the flow rate of circulating water in order to improve the lint removal performance, etc., it is necessary to increase the flow rate of circulating water by increasing the size of the blades on the back of the pulsator, etc., and increasing the pumping action of the pulsator. In other words, as the pumping action increases, the washing water between the tank and the water receiver is returned to the tank, so the water level between the tank and the water receiver drops significantly, and the pressure inside the air trap for water level detection changes. The pressure switch may malfunction.

が汚染されるという問題である。 The first point is that if you increase the diameter of the small hole on the inner wall of the tank, hairpins, pins, toothpicks, wood screws, etc. will be drawn into the small hole, and during dehydration, they will come into contact with the water tank, causing abnormal noises and severe cases. Because the water tank was made of resin, it was sometimes cut into rings by the tip of a wood screw. The reason for this is that the hole diameter is large as mentioned above, and also because the washing water in the tank always passes through this small hole, exits to the water receiving tank, and is returned to the tank via the circulation filter. This is because hairpins and the like inevitably get stuck in these holes.
The second point is that in recent years, powdered soap has been used again due to the problem of contamination of lakes and rivers due to the phosphorus contained in synthetic detergents, but when powdered soap is used, metal splashes are generated on the outside of the tank. Another problem is that it adheres to the inside of the water tank and re-adheres to the laundry during washing, contaminating the clothes.

The structure of the current one-tub dehydrating washing machine has become complicated to solve problems such as passages and water seals, and new problems have arisen, so it cannot be said that sufficient reliability has been guaranteed. It has not become mainstream. Furthermore, the complicated structure naturally increases costs and increases the burden on the user.

This problem occurs when a so-called powdered soap detergent is used in a single-tank dehydrating washing machine, which has many small holes in the tank for dehydration, and the washing water is constantly communicated between the inner and outer tubs. It attempts to address various issues.

Problems caused by metal soap compounds re-adhering to clothing can also be solved with a conventional and reliable type of structure and with almost no increase in cost.

Moreover, since these foreign objects do not pass through the drain, foreign objects may get stuck in the drain or the pump of a washing machine with a pump, making the washing machine unusable or requiring service personnel. There is no need to bother with your hands. Furthermore, since the only washing water that is being circulated is that inside the tank, even if the amount of circulating water is the same as before, the number of times the water in the tank is circulated increases, which actually improves the lint collection performance. be.

It is possible to form a circulation type lint filter device even in the models that do not have a lint filter, and it is possible to improve the ease of use for consumers who desire these types.
