【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案はフランジ部を有する容器とフタ材とを
リング状に熱シールし容器の内側よりのシール強
度が強くしかも外側より易開封可能な包装体を得

従来よりフランジ部を有するプラスチツク容器
とフタ材とをシールしてなるレトルト食品等の包
装体を得る為の装置の一つとして容器フランジ部
の内縁に沿つて第4図の如く平面形状を有するリ
ング熱盤1で熱シールする装置が採用されてい
る。しかしレトルト食品の包装の場合容器A内側
よりのシール強度が2.3Kg/15cm巾と法的に義務
付けられている為第4図の如き平面形状2の場合
シール強度は高く出来るが外側からの開封時にフ
タ材が破断し易開封の点では問題があつた。

を考案するに至つた。

ンジ部5の内縁に沿つて1.0〜3mm巾の平面部3
と該平面部3より圧力の掛りにくい0.3〜3.0mmの
テーパー部4とからなり深さ6,0.1〜1.0mmのリ
ング形状よりなるシール装置1を使用すると目的
とするレトルト包装用包装体を容易に得ることが
可能となる。ここでリング形状の深さ6、平面部
3の巾、該テーパー部4の形状等は容器A及びフ
タ材料Bの材質により変更することが可能であ
る。ここで第5図の如く平面部を有しないリング
形状1の場合はリング尖端部7に全圧力が掛る為
フタ材料Aのシール材層が切断され易く内容物側
