Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the structure described above, since the filter bed is formed within the frame, the entire filter plate itself is quite heavy, making it inconvenient to handle and making it difficult to move the filter plate. However, there was a problem in that a large driving force was required, which increased various costs for the filter press as a whole.

Therefore, the inventor thought that if the filter bed inside the frame could be removed, the weight of the filter plate body could be made even lighter, and decided to analyze the function of this filter bed.
In other words, first of all, the reason why the filter bed is formed into a planar shape inside the frame is that if there was no filter bed, if there was a pressure difference between the two sides of the filter bed when the stock solution was being injected, the filter cloth would shift from the high pressure side to the low pressure side. is pressed and forced to move,
This is believed to be because the stock solution cannot be smoothly injected into the filter chamber formed between the pair of filter cloths sandwiched between adjacent filter plate bodies, and there is a possibility that smooth filtration cannot be performed. In addition, the reason for forming the recesses on the surface of the filter bed is that depending on the properties of the stock solution, the supply pressure of the stock solution, the material of the filter cloth, etc., the filter cloths placed on both sides of the pair of frames may be Contact may occur due to the pressure of the stock solution, and in such cases, the filtrate that has passed through one filter cloth does not flow down to the bottom of the frame, but instead passes through the other filter cloth and enters the cake in the filter chamber. Since there is a risk of a situation in which the filtrate cannot be collected smoothly due to the intrusion, the filtrate that has passed from the filter cloth to the filtration bed side flows downward along the concave part of the filtration bed to improve filtrate drainage. It is believed that there is. Regarding the former function of the filter bed, the inventor believes that since the stock solution supply port penetrates the filter plate body and conducts between both sides of the filter plate body, in reality, the pressure between the two sides is It was thought that there would be little difference, and there was no need to form it as a surface within the frame. Regarding the latter function of the filtration bed, if it does not have this function, there is a risk that the filtrate recovery cannot be performed smoothly as described above, so it is necessary to use a member with good filtrate drainage and a conventional The present invention was created based on the idea that a member lighter than the filter bed should be provided within the frame.

The filtrate collection member 3 is made of cloth as shown in FIG. 4, and is placed in the space 2a inside the frame 2, and its front and rear surfaces are covered with filter cloths 4, 4, respectively. A through hole 3a communicating with the stock solution supply port 4a of the filter cloth 4 is formed in the center of the filtrate recovery member 3, and the peripheral edge of the through hole 3a is connected to the peripheral edge of the stock solution supply port 4a of the filter cloth 4. The filtrate collection member 3 is suspended and supported on the filter cloth 4 by sewing, so that the filtrate collection member 3 can swing together with the filter cloth 4. In this method of supporting the filtrate collection member 3 with respect to the filter cloth 4, the filtrate collection member 3
If it is sewn directly to the filter cloth 4, the size of the mesh of the filter cloth 4 in the sewn part will be uneven compared to the mesh in other parts, and the filtration efficiency will decrease. If the peripheral edge of the stock solution supply port 4a of No. 4 and the peripheral edge of the through hole 3a of the filtrate recovery portion 3 are sewn together, the mesh size of the filter cloth 4 is not affected and the filtration efficiency is not reduced. It is preferable that the filtrate recovery member 3 has a certain degree of stiffness, and in such a member, the filtrate recovery member 3 can be supported within the frame 2 even if it only supports the peripheral edge of the through hole 3a and does not support the upper part. It can be positioned approximately along the upper and lower surfaces. The material of the filtrate collection member 3 may be any natural material, synthetic resin, metal, etc., but a light material is preferred. If it is made of synthetic resin or metal, it may be formed into a net shape. The front shape of this filtrate collection member 3 is square, but is not limited to this and may be any shape such as circular or triangular. A constant interval is formed between the outer peripheral edge of the filtrate collection member 3 and the inner surface 2e of the frame 2.

The above configuration operates as follows. A large number of the above-mentioned filtration units 1, . After tightening a large number of filtration units 1 to the front stand side by moving the plate forward, the stock solution is transferred to each filtration unit 1.
The stock solution is press-fitted from the stock solution supply port 4a of the filter cloth 4 into the filter chamber 8 formed between the pair of filter cloths 4, 4 facing each other, and the stock solution is filtered by each filter cloth 4 and separated into a cake and a filtrate. The cake is held as it is in the filter chamber 8 between the pair of filter cloths 4, 4, while the filtrate passes through each filter cloth 4, enters the inside of the frame 2, and flows downward under the guidance of the filtrate collection member 3. , flows into the filtrate collection port 2c from the communication hole 2d in the lower part of the frame body 2 and is collected.

According to the above embodiment, the frame 2 of the filtration unit 1
The filtrate collection member 3 simply has no filtration bed formed therein.
Since the filter fabric is simply suspended and supported on the filter cloth 4, it is much lighter than the conventional filter in which a filter bed is formed within the frame body 2. In addition, since the filtrate collection member 3 is supported within the frame 2 between the filter cloths 4, the filtrate that has passed from the filter cloth 4 into the frame 2 is transferred to the frame 2 by the filtrate collection member 3. The filtrate collection member 3 can be passed through the lower part of the filtrate to reliably flow down, and the filtrate can be smoothly collected. In addition, since the filtrate collection member 3 is swingably supported together with the filter cloth 4, in the unlikely event that uneven pressure is applied to the filtrate collection member 3,
Even if this occurs, the member 3 can absorb it by swinging, and the member 3 will not be damaged. Furthermore, since the filtrate collection member 3 is made of elastic fabric, it can further absorb the uneven pressure by deforming itself.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and can be implemented in various other embodiments. For example, the thickness of the filtrate collection member 3 may be arbitrary, and its size may be such that there is a constant interval between the inner surface 2e of the frame body 2 and the outer peripheral edge of the filtrate collection member 3, as shown in FIG. However, as shown in FIG. 7, it may extend to the inner surface 2e of the frame 2, or it may extend beyond the inner surface 2e of the frame 2 and be larger than the frame 2.
Further, the number of sheets is not limited to one, but two as shown in FIG. 8, which is a cross-sectional side view of the embodiment shown in FIG.
Any number of sheets may be used. Furthermore, if a plurality of filtrate recovery members 3 are used, gaps are more likely to occur between the opposing filter cloths 4 in the space 2a of the frame body 2, making it easier to recover the filtrate. In addition, filter cloth 4
The filtrate collection member 3 may be attached by sewing at any arbitrary location such as the four corners as shown by A, . . . , A in FIG. Alternatively, the filtrate collection member 3 may be attached to a patch cloth sewn to the filter cloth 4 by sewing or the like. Furthermore, if the filtrate collection member 3 is made of an elastic material, it can absorb the uneven pressure by deforming itself. In addition, even if the filtrate collection member is a rigid body, if it is attached so that it can swing relative to the filtrate 4 or the frame 2,
Even if partial pressure acts on the filtrate collection member 3, the member 3
This can be absorbed by swinging. Further, the filtrate collection member 3 is not limited to a material such as cloth having holes through which the filtrate passes, but may be a sheet-like material having no holes at all.

Further, the spacer holding member 6 may not be separately attached depending on the material of the filter cloths 4, 4, the properties of the stock solution, etc.
Further, the spacer holding members 6 are not limited to those of the above embodiments, but may have any shape, and may be arranged in any number and at any position. For example, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a pair of annular plates 6e, 6e are arranged around the through hole 3a of the filtrate collection member 3, and the bolts 7,
..., 7 may be attached to the filtrate collection member 3. Each plate 6e is formed by combining approximately C-shaped plates 6c and 6d, and recesses 6b for supplying stock solution and protrusions 6a for contact are alternately formed on the surface of each plate 6c and 6d. A large number of frames 2,
..., 2 on one stand side of the filter press with the movable plate, the gap between the convex portion 6 of the holding member 6

Effects of the Invention According to the above configuration, the filtration unit is configured to include a filter cloth, a frame body, and a filtrate recovery member, and a filtration bed is not formed within the frame body, so that the weight of the filtration unit can be reduced. In addition, since the filtrate collection member is swingably supported in the frame between the filter cloths, the filtrate that has passed into the frame from each filter cloth is collected at the bottom of the frame by the filtrate collection member. The fluid can be reliably flowed through the member, and the filtrate can be smoothly collected. Furthermore, since the filtrate collection member is swingably supported relative to the frame or the filter cloth, even if unbalanced pressure is applied to one side of the filtrate collection member, the filtrate collection member can be rocked alone or together with the filter cloth. The filtrate collection member is not damaged by the action of partial pressure. That is, in a conventional filter plate having a filter bed, the filter bed was sometimes damaged due to the rigidity of the filter bed when biased pressure was applied.
Therefore, the present invention can fully achieve its intended purpose.
