CONSTITUTION:The cartridge 2 is housed in a prescribed housing part 16a in plural housing parts 16a in a housing cell 16 provided separately on the same plane to house the cartridge in the radial shape from the outside plane. The housing cell 16 is formed in circular cylindrical shape, and is comprised so as to be rotated by a desired angle by a rotary mechanism 22 centering the perpendicular shaft 20 passing the center of the housing cell.
