ンプルホールドするサンプルホールド回路とを同
一チツプ上に有する電荷転送装置であつて、上記
サンプルホールド回路のサンプルホールドスイツ
チに、サンプルホールドパルス信号又は該サンプ
ルホールドスイツチを常時オンにする信号の何れ
か一方の制御信号を外部制御信号により切り替え
