Claims (1)
- 吐出口を備えた濃縮オゾンタンクに主管体を垂
設し、この主管体の上部にエゼクタを設け、この
エゼクタにオゾン発生装置及び給水管をそれぞれ
接続したオゾン水製造装置において、上記主管体
の下部に撹拌翼を回転自在に軸装したことを特徴
とする濃縮オゾン水製造装置。
