Claims (1)
- 平型ネジ回しと、この平型ネジ回しの先端部の
側面に設けられ検出方向が前記平型ネジ回しの軸
と平行な方向の近接センサ光フアイバと、前記平
型ネジ回しを回転運動及び軸方向の移動を行わせ
る駆動機構と、前記近接センサ光フアイバの先端
の前方に平型ネジのすりわり溝が在ることを判定
する近接センサと、前記駆動機構により前記平型
ネジ回しを回転させて前記近接センサが前記近接
センサ光フアイバの先端の前方に前記平型ネジの
すりわり溝の通過を検出した時に前記平型ネジ回
しの回転を停止させ前進させて前記平型ネジ回し
の先端を前記平型ネジのすりわり溝に係合させる
制御部とを含むことを特徴とする位置決め装置。
