An outer case 2 with an open bottom and one side and protrusions 1 provided on the inner surface of the side wall, and an outer case 2 with an open bottom and a side at the same position as the open side of the outer case 2.
It is stored inside the case so that it can move up and down, and the outer case 2 is attached to the side wall.
An inner case 4 is provided with a longitudinal groove 3 in the vertical direction that penetrates the protrusion 1, and a vermilion plate is pivoted inside the inner case to shield the open side and bottom of the inner case 4, and a vermilion plate is provided on the bottom shielding plate portion 5a of the inner case 4.
