- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 引出口６形成用折曲部３が容器１の内側に折
曲され、かつ接着部２で接着されてなる紙製飲料
容器において、開封時に接着状態を切開し、かつ
引出口６の形成を案内する開封手段４を前記折曲
部３の内側に固定させたことを特徴とする紙製飲
料容器。 ２ 開封手段４が、紐で構成されたものである請
求項第１項に記載の紙製飲料容器。 ３ 開封手段４が、端部に把持部５を有する紐で
構成されたものである請求項第１項に記載の紙製
飲料容器。 ４ 把持部５が、リング状手掛りである請求項第
３項に記載の紙製飲料容器。
