Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ２筒式吐出容器とキヤツプを有する容器１
    ２とキヤツプ１４のアセンブリであつて、前記吐
    出容器が、出口管と連結するための周囲ねじ山２
    ８を有する頚部２０を備え、この頚部が、前記ね
    じ山を横方向に貫く切欠き３０と、同時に異なる
    材料を吐出するために並置された第１及び第２の
    出口２２，２４とを有しており、更に、前記キヤ
    ツプが、第１と第２の閉止部３２，３４と、前記
    第１と第２の出口をそれぞれ実質的に閉じるため
    に前記容器に前記第１と第２の閉止部を取外し可
    能に結合する連結構造部３８とを有しており、更
    に、前記キヤツプが突出定位部を備え、前記第１
    の閉止部３２を前記第１の出口２２と整列させ、
    かつまた前記第２の閉止部３４を第２の出口２４
    と整列させるさい、前記容器に対し前記キヤツプ
    を定位するため、前記定位部が前記切欠きに受容
    されるようにされ、更に、前記第２の閉止部が前
    記第１の出口を閉じることを、前記定位部４８が
    実質的に防止することを特徴とする容器とキヤツ
    プのアセンブリ。 (2) 前記連結部３８が、前記ねじ山２８を取外
    し可能に掴むための鉤状部４２を有するフレキシ
    ブルな１対のアーム４０を有していることを特徴
    とする請求項１記載のアセンブリ。 (3) 前記アーム４０が、ほぼＴ字形を有し、前
    記鉤状部４２の反対側には、指で操作するセグメ
    ント４４が設けられ、このセグメントを押し下げ
    ると、前記ねじ山から鉤状部を外すことができる
    ことを特徴とする請求項２記載のアセンブリ。 (4) 前記指操作式セグメント４４が、それぞれ
    前記キヤツプを前記容器から引き離すための、外
    方へ曲げたフランジ４６を有することを特徴とす
    る請求項３記載のアセンブリ。 (5) 前記アーム４０と前記定位部４８とが、ほ
    ぼ平行に延びていることを特徴とする請求項２記
    載のアセンブリ。 (6) 前記アーム４０が、前記キヤツプ１４のほ
    ぼ反対側に位置し、少なくとも１つのほぼＣ字形
    の取手１５４を有しており、この取手が前記アー
    ムに結合され、前記頚部から前記キヤツプ１４を
    引き離す一方、前記ねじ山から前記鉤状部を外す
    ことを特徴とする請求項２記載のアセンブリ。 (7) 少なくとも１つの前記取手が前記アームに
    旋回可能に結合され、前記定位部の延び方向に対
    しほぼ直角の軸線を中心として揺動運動を行なう
    ことを特徴とする請求項６記載のアセンブリ。 (8) 前記定位部が前記第１と第２の閉止部をこ
    えて外側へ突出することを特徴とする請求項１記
    載のアセンブリ。
