Claims (1)
- 複数の電子部品を実装した回路基板をケースに
収容してなる混成集積回路モジユールにおいて、
上記ケースは上記複数の電子部品の一番高い電子
部品に対応する部分に開口部を有し、樹脂被覆し
た上記電子部品をこのケースに収容した構造が上
記開口部に対応する電子部品をこの開口部に嵌合
させかつその表面をケース表面と一致させた構造
であることを特徴とする混成集積回路モジユール
。
