It is something to do. As mentioned above, the present invention has been developed as a subfloor assembly that is economical and easy to construct by specifically reducing light impact noise from the subfloor panels used as the base of the floor assembly.

Conventional products for Western-style rooms are unit panels with plywood or the like as the top plate 1, as shown in Figure 1, and after being installed by Ajiasutar 6, a 90cm x 180cm plywood panel is installed as shown in Figure 2, 2. It is used as a waste board and is put up on site, and a facing material 3 such as vinyl tile or carpet is applied on top of it. Regarding wall noise, the sound insulation performance of materials is determined by the noise transmission loss, so sound insulation measures can be taken by combining materials that are compatible with each other. Since floor noise differs depending on the source of the noise even when the same material is used, measures must be taken to muffle the source of the floor noise and reduce its propagation. Authoritative data shows that the level of heavy impact noise, such as the sound of children's footsteps, is 500Hz for concrete floors and 55 Hz. Considering that the standard is 55 horn, this is a standard that must be achieved. Experiments have shown that heavy impact noise is actually made worse by placing things or pastings on concrete floors. That is, if a concrete floor is covered with concrete flooring, joist flooring, boarding, etc., it will exceed 80 to 70 horns, and even in the case of a general conventional floor unit, the limit is 70 to 60 horns.
In short, experiments have shown that the more things you put on concrete floors, the louder the sound of heavy impacts becomes.

が床遮音対策の難点である。 However, on the other hand, when the concrete floor is as it is, experimental results show that a light impact sound like the footsteps of a child walking around is 80 phon. In short, the problem with floor sound insulation is that if heavy impact noise is satisfactory, light impact noise is inferior.

ことを開発の主眼としたものである。 Light impact noise is greatly affected by the covering material, so currently the best method is to attach carpet directly to the concrete floor, and this method is mainly used in public housing. This is because other materials do not meet the standards in terms of economy and sound insulation. However, directly attaching a carpet to a concrete floor is by no means satisfactory for creating a comfortable living environment, so the development of the present invention was aimed at reducing light impact noise.

た。 In contrast to conventional products, as shown in Figure 1, a unit panel with a single top plate 1 made of plywood or particle board is placed in place, and then a piece of plywood 2 is attached as shown in Figure 2. The underfloor panel (Fig. 3) is approximately
90cm x 90cm high pressure wood wool cement board as base material 4, and plywood or board about 15cm square or 10cm
By crimping the face plates 5 cut into small width pieces of about 100 cm, we were able to reduce the spread of floor sources compared to the conventional product, which is made of plywood of 90 cm x 180 cm. As a result, the silencing effect is significant.
Experiments have shown that the sound insulation effect is extremely large.

化したものである。 In other words, the floor base panel of the present invention (Fig. 3), in which plywood was directly pasted as in the conventional construction method, had a thickness of 65 horns, whereas the product of the present invention with 5 face plates attached had a thickness of 55 horns. Ta. This means that the waste boards, which are the source of floor noise, are smaller than the 90 cm x 180 cm waste boards in the conventional construction method.
In the case of a light impact sound, the present invention using the face plate 5 of about 15 cm x 15 cm achieves the target sound insulation standard in reducing the propagation of noise due to the silencing effect. In this way, the present invention achieves the desired results by crimping plywood as the face plate 5 on the base material 4 of the floor base panel in a factory, which could not be achieved with conventional unit panels (Fig. 1). We were able to overcome the light impact sound standard, which was previously not possible.
Furthermore, even in the case of heavy impact sound, it was possible to reach 55 horns by using a high-pressure wood wool cement board as the base material 4. The high-pressure wood wool cement board used as the base material 4 had a specific gravity of 0.68, whereas the conventional wood wool cement board had a specific gravity of 0.48. This product was made by repressurizing the conventional 5cm thick product to 3.5cm.

The 10cm x 60cm small board recorded a slight disadvantage with 56 horns.
