Claims (1)
- 高周波回路パツケージ部品の取付面を接地板に
略密着させ、前記取付面から突出するリード部材
を前記接地板に貫通して形成された貫通孔から前
記接地板の裏面側に突出し、前記リード部材を前
記接地板の裏面側に設けた回路基板と接続してな
る高周波回路パツケージ部品の実装構造において
、前記取付面のリード部材の突出部周縁に弾性的
に当接する第１のフランジ部と、前記回路基板の
前記リード部材の接続部周縁に弾性的に当接する
第２のフランジとが両端面に形成された可撓性で
導伝性材料からなる筒状部材を、前記貫通孔内に
前記リード部材を略包囲して挿入してあることを
特徴とする高周波回路パツケージ部品の実装構造
。
