Claims (1)
- 多段に設けた増幅器と、この増幅器の前段に配
置したダイオード減衰器からなる可変減衰器と、
前記増幅器の後段に配置して出力レベルを検出す
るダイオード検波器と、このダイオード検波器と
前記ダイオード減衰器との間に接続され、前記ダ
イオード検波器の検波電流に相関してダイオード
減衰器の減衰量を制御させる抵抗回路とを備え、
前記ダイオード減衰器は低電流駆動型として構成
し、前記ダイオード検波器は高電流を検波可能に
構成したことを特徴とする利得制御増幅器。
