Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate exchange of the filter medium of a filter by a method wherein superposed parts are formed at two end pieces of the filter medium located between first and second filter frame bodies, and hook parts formed at four corners are engaged with respective opening parts having a gap therebetween. CONSTITUTION:Two ends 8, being superposed parts 9, of a filter medium 7 are inserted and locked to respective opening part H, having a gap (a), of bent parts 3 and 3a of filter frame bodies 1 and 1a. Further, the end surfaces of the filter medium 7 are pressed against cushioning materials 4 and 4a mounted on the inner surfaces of lateral frames 2 and 2a of the filter frame bodies 1 and 1a. A filter comprises a pair of filter frame bodies of the one being the first frame body 1 and the other being the second filter frame 1a and the filter medium 7.

。一方、フィルタ18は前記プレフィルタ17の上部に
前記プレフィルタ17装着用のフィルタレール16の上
に本体11の前方より挿入して装着される。そして室内
空気は矢印Aで示すように送風機15の運転によって、
空気吸込口19より、吸引され前記プレフィルタ17と
前記フィルタ18にて除塵され、前記送風機15を経由
したのち、前記熱交換器14にて熱交換されたのち、空
気吹出口20より矢印Bの吹出空気として再び室内に吹
出される。第3図においてフィルタ18はコ形状の2対
のフィルタ枠体22と23の各両端をリベット22a等
でカシメて角状に形成され、前記フィルタ枠体の内面に
風洩れ防止用の緩衝材24を四方にわたって貼り付けて
波形のフィルタ濾材25を収納するという構成であった

し、乾燥時間に時間がかかり、メンテナンスに長時間を
必要とするという課題があった。

、嵌合する開放部を相対称的に設け、一方、フィルタ濾
材の両端片には重ね合せ部を設けて前記画開放部に掛り
部分を挿入し、嵌合させる構成としたから、フィルタ濾
材のメンテナンスのときは、各々フィルタ枠体とフィル
タ濾材とが分割可能となり、フィルタ濾材が汚れて使用
不可能になったときは、フィルタ濾材のみ交換すればよ
く、非常に経済的となり、交換作業もいたって容易とな
る。また、フィルタ濾材を清掃する場合や、水洗浄の場
合は、フィルタ濾材のみを清掃、あるいは水洗浄をする
ことができ、横枠の内側に貼り付けられた緩衝材は何ら
関係のないものとなり、従来のように緩衝材を含めて洗
浄する必要がなく、乾燥時間も短縮できるとともに、緩
衝材の接着を弱めることもなくなるのである。さらには
フィルタ濾材の両端片を重ね合せ部とした構成したこと
により、フィルタ枠体の一部を構成することになり、フ
ィルタ枠体の構成部材の点数が削減できるとともに、安
価に、かつ容易に作ることができるなどの効果を有する
ものである。
