Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ２本針ミシンと、コーナー切開機構と、布移動
    機構と、針棒のみを停止させてこの間センターメ
    スの動作を可能とする針棒停止機構と、これらを
    駆動制御する制御手段とを具え、 並行して形成される２本の縫目間に、センター
    メスで縫目方向に切開部を形成するるとともに、
    この切開部両端にＶ字状のコーナーカツトをなす
    ようにした玉縁形成装置であつて、 前記針棒停止機構を、２本針ミシンの針棒頂部
    に対向して設けたストツパーと、 このストツパーを必要に応じて針棒頂部に当接
    させるストツパー駆動手段とで構成し、針棒とセ
    ンターメスの各動作をそれぞれ個別に駆動制御し
    て、縫目長さと、切開部長さとの差を調節するこ
    とで形状の小さな玉縁の形成およびＶ字状のコー
    ナカツトの開き角度を選択可能としたことを特徴
    とする玉縁形成装置。
