(Industrial Application Field) The present invention uses a large number of leaf springs to form the floor surface of the bed body, and a mattress made of urethane sponge mat material (hereinafter abbreviated as sponge mat material) is laid on the floor surface. Related to bets. (Prior art) Conventionally, as this type of bet,
There is one shown in Publication No. 38045. This is a bed in which a slatted pine tress laying part is provided on the bed body, ridges are spaced apart on the lower surface of the pine tress, and the ridges are attached to the pine tress laying part, and the pine tress is made of foamed urethane. It is made of foamed resin and has cushioning properties, and the pine tress laying part is made of a plurality of leaf springs. It is curved in an arc shape. (Problem to be solved by the invention) This conventional bed is constructed so that cushioning properties are improved by the elasticity of both the pinerest and the arcuately curved leaf spring, but the When a spring is loaded, that is, when a human body rests on it, the central part on which the human body rests is depressed.
Since the both sides are bent in a wave shape with convex sides, the convex parts on both sides press against the human body, causing unnecessary stress to the sleeping user. In view of these conventional circumstances, the present invention allows the bed surface to smoothly deform when the human body is placed on it, allowing the user to maintain a natural and ideal sleeping position, and also eliminates the feeling of the mattress sticking to the floor. The purpose is to provide a bed that allows you to sleep. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is to curve a leaf spring to some extent and to gradually thicken it from both ends toward the center, so that the leaf spring can be attached to both left and right rods. The bed is characterized by forming a bed floor surface in which a large number of beds are laid horizontally in parallel in an arch shape over the bed surface, and a mattress made of polyurethane sponge mat material is laid on the bed surface. (Embodiment) Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In the figure, A is a bed body, and a transverse rod 7, 7 to form a rectangular frame,
It is constructed by erecting legs 8 at the square lower part of the frame.
A large number of leaf springs 2 are installed and fixed at equal intervals between the left and right rods 4, 4 to form a floor surface 3. The leaf spring 2 is made by slightly curving a strong long plate-shaped piece of wood, gradually increasing the thickness from both ends toward the center, and installing it in an arch shape between the left and right rods 4, 4. . Further, when a user's load is applied to the floor surface 3, the leaf springs 2 individually bend and elastically deform. On the floor surface 3 of the bed body A is a mattress 1 made of a sponge material 1a with an uneven surface.
Lay down. The mattress 1 is constructed by covering the sponge mat body 1a with a net body 1b made of chemical fiber, or by using the urethane sponge mat body 1a as is. In addition, the sponge body 1a is a three-dimensional urethane bond formed by mixing isocyanate (TDI/tolylene di-isocyanate) and polyol (polyester or polyether) with water and a catalyst at a certain ratio, and isocyanate and water. It consists of a plastic foam formed by a parallel reaction with the foaming of carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction with The above sponge mat body 1a has a standard specific gravity of 0.03 and
The sponge mat is constructed with a thickness of 80 mm, and one surface of the sponge mat has deep valleys 5 of 35 mm in the front, rear, left, and right directions, and shallow valleys 6 of 20 mm in the diagonal direction. Form the pitch into a short uneven shape. Also, Pituchi is 50 on the long side.
mm, and the shorter one is about 35 mm. The sponge mat body 1a is covered with the aforementioned mesh body 1b to prevent the sponge mat body 1a from getting dirty. When a user lies down on the single mattress 1 made of the sponge mat body 1a, the user's weight is distributed and applied to the many convex portions 9 on the contact surface with the sponge mat body 1a, and the body pressure that is the reaction force is also applied. Since it is dispersed and applied to the user's pressure-receiving part, it is made as if there is no pressure, eliminating the user's feeling of touching the floor and preventing the blood vessels in the pressure-receiving part from being crushed. Moreover, since the pressure-receiving parts and the non-pressure-receiving parts are intersected and scattered, the pressure-applying part moves with a slight body movement, so body pressure is not continuously applied to a fixed part. Furthermore, since the sponge body 1a has a rich property of absorbing water, it quickly absorbs body sweat and the like. Next, the function of the bed having the above structure will be explained. During use, the numerous leaf springs 2 on the floor surface 3 receive the user's weight via the mattress 1, and each bends downward independently. The amount of this deflection changes depending on the weight of each part of the user's body and the amount of protrusion of the body shape, and as shown in Figure 5, it bends along the curved surface of the body, allowing the user to maintain a natural sleeping posture while sleeping. Do as you please. In this case, the leaf spring 2 is somewhat curved and gradually thickens from both ends toward the center, so that even if it bends under the user's weight, its wall thickness remains the same as that of a conventional bed leaf spring. Unlike those with a uniform surface, there is no wave-like unevenness. A comparison of the degree of deflection of the center line in the thickness direction of the leaf spring used in the present invention and the leaf spring used in the conventional bed is shown in the table below.

れるベツトを提供することが出来る。[Table] A graph of the above table is shown in Figure 6. That is, since the center line in the thickness direction of the leaf spring 2 used in the present invention can be approximately horizontal when loaded, each leaf spring 2 can also be used for the bed floor 3 formed by the leaf spring 2. At times, it becomes as horizontal as possible and can be deformed smoothly, and does not produce wave-shaped deflections that adversely affect sleep, unlike the leaf springs of conventional beds. At the same time, the mattress 1 deforms in the same way along the floor surface 3 which is bent and deformed along the curved surface of the body as in the above state, and eliminates the gaps and steps that occur between the leaf springs 2 on the floor surface 3, and also eliminates the large number of gaps and steps as described above. The body pressure is dispersed in the convex part 9 to create a pressureless state, thereby preventing an uncomfortable feeling when touching the floor. (Effects of the invention) Since the present invention is constructed as described above, each leaf spring subjected to a load during use is bent independently along the curved surface of the body, and each leaf spring is bent in the direction of its thickness. The center line of the mattress is approximately horizontal, allowing it to deform smoothly and not bend into a wave shape like the leaf springs of conventional bed sheets. Since gaps and steps between the springs are eliminated, the user can maintain a natural and comfortable sleeping position. In particular, if the mattress surface that the user comes into direct contact with has unevenness, the body pressure will be distributed over a large number of recesses, giving a good contact feeling, eliminating the uncomfortable feeling of contact with the floor, and preventing the pressure-receiving part from feeling oppressive. Therefore, the present invention provides a bed that provides a good sleeping condition through the synergistic effect of the leaf spring floor surface that maintains a natural and comfortable sleeping position and the mattress that prevents the feeling of contact with the floor and pressure. I can do it.
