A block-shaped pump body of a predetermined width is provided in the center with an outer pump hole of a rectangular cross section that opens at the front and rear faces, and an inner pump hole of a rectangular cross section is provided in the center of the pump body to ensure water tightness in the outer pump hole of the pump body. an outer piston having the same width as the pump body, which is slidably inserted for a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction of the outer piston while maintaining watertightness in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the outer piston; an inner piston disposed in the inner pump hole of the outer piston and having the same width as the outer piston; a pair of lid bodies that watertightly cover openings on the front and rear surfaces of the pump body; and an outer pump of the pump body.
