[Detailed description of the invention] "Industrial application field" This invention is located before the screen printing processing process, and removes the laminated thin plate material that is the printing material one by one by suction, and then transfers this thin plate material to the printing process. The present invention relates to an improvement in an adsorption/separation device for thin plate materials to be transferred to the next process.

"Prior art and problems to be solved by the present invention" In the screen printing process, various ideas have been proposed for devices that transfer the loaded thin plate material, which is the printing material, one by one to the next processing process. However, since the thin sheet material used in screen printing is made by pasting a copper plate onto the surface of Bakelite material, static electricity is generated between the overlapping materials, making it difficult to separate one sheet smoothly. Generally speaking, there are circumstances that make it difficult to do so.
Using a negative pressure adsorption pad, bend both ends of the top material at the same time or one end first.
In many cases, by allowing air to flow between the second material and the second material, only the uppermost material is separated so as not to interfere with the loading posture of other materials.

However, in a device with such specifications, when the uppermost material rises, both ends or either end of the uppermost material is curved, so that the uppermost material is brought into contact with this curved end. An unnatural relationship (see FIG. 3) occurs between the facing negative pressure adsorption pad 3 and the support rod b that holds it. In other words, the bending of both ends of the material means that the distance between the axes of the support rod a, which is fixed to a base that moves up and down with respect to the material surface, changes, and with this change in the support rod a. , the suction pad b adsorbed to the material surface is also forced to be displaced. If this condition is repeated over a long period of time, the lip portion will deteriorate and the adhesion will deteriorate, making it impossible for the suction pad to function normally even on flat material surfaces. It will cause bad things.

``Means for solving the problem'' The present invention is intended to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional technology, and is to separate the support rod, which operates using power from a drive source, and the negative pressure suction pad. In addition, the two are connected using a rubber material or an elastic member such as a coil spring to solve the problem.

"Function" Since the negative pressure suction pad is connected to the support rod through an elastic member, it can be displaced within a range of 360 degrees with respect to the material surface, and it can be moved to any curvature of the material surface in contact with it. It also exhibits adaptability and quickly and safely returns to its original state when it comes into contact with a new material surface.

The support rod 1 and the negative pressure suction pad 3 are provided separately as shown in the second figure, and both 1 and 3 are connected by an elastic member 4 made of a coil spring. The elastic member 4 may be selected as appropriate, and if necessary, it is necessary that the negative pressure suction pad 3 be able to be displaced within a range of 360 degrees with respect to the support rod 1, and have restorability. Of course, a rubber material may be used instead of the coil spring. The negative pressure suction pad 3 receives a negative pressure suction force from a separately installed compressor (not shown) and comes into close contact with the surface M of the thin plate material, and the close contact portion is usually formed from an elastic member such as a rubber material. It has been done.

In the figure, 3a is a negative pressure suction port of the negative pressure adsorption pad 3, and 5 is a material surface pressing member attached to the base 2 so as to be movable up and down. This material surface pushing member 5 is used at both ends of the material M 1 side or , which acts to facilitate the formation of a curved portion at one end.

``Effect of the invention'' As mentioned above, the negative pressure suction pad of this invention uses elastic members such as coil springs and rubber materials to
Since it is connected to the support rod, it is possible to displace the suction pad within a range of 360 degrees with respect to the thin plate material surface in contact with it, so that it can be smoothly moved regardless of the curvature of the thin plate material surface. It also allows for quick and safe restoration to the original state when new material surfaces are contacted. Moreover, the excellent restorability means that deterioration of the adsorption performance of the part over time is minimized.
