圧管路間を流通する作動液を濾過する濾過部材と
、該濾過部材を前記圧力室側に常時付勢し前記濾
過部材を前記シリンダボデイの前記液圧管路側端
面に着座させる付勢部材とから成り、前記圧力室
から前記液圧管路への作動液の自由な流通を許容
し、前記液圧管路から前記圧力室へ流通する作動
液のみを前記濾過部材により濾過する弁機構を前
記アウトレツトポートに設けたことを特徴とする
