るように設計されているが、万一同調機構に異常
が発生して両キヤリツジ間に高低差が生ずれば、
車の支持が不安定となつて車を落下させてしまう
虞れがある。そこで従来において、同調機構の異
常発生を検知するものとして、例えば特開昭53−
38018号公報に記載のリフト装置が知られている。B. が、作動の確認を万人に徹底させることは到底望
み得ないし、格別の保安機構を設けるには費用も

ーリに前記ワイヤロープをテンシヨン掛けすると

端の変位によつて当接板の両辺がリミツトスイツ
チの接点と接触可能に形成した検知機構の前記当
接板を、ワイヤロープの張力と釣り合い状態に配
置し、前記リミツトスイツチの作動と保安機構と

設け、揺動アーム11が動くと当接板14の上下
いずれの端部が該接点に接触した場合でもリミツ
トスイツチ15が働くようになつている。ワイヤ
ロープ9の他端は、支柱1′内を下端部まで垂下
し、該下端部でプーリ16を介して折り返し掛け
して先端を揺動杆8′に連結している。又前記回
転ロツド5,5′には外周に夫々コイルスプリン
グ17,17′が装着されていて、該回転ロツド
8には常にワイヤロープ9を引つ張る方向に回転
力が働き、該ワイヤロープ9には一定の張力が附
与されているのである。ワイヤロープに対して一
定の張力を附与するには、必ずしも両回転ロツド
に回転力を附与する必要はなく、一方の回転ロツ
ドの回転範囲を規制すれば、片側のみでも可能で
ある。図面中18,18…はワイヤロープ9がス
ムーズ且つ安定して動くように配置された案内プ
ーリである。この様に掛け渡されたワイヤロープ
は、キヤリツジが同調して昇降すれば一定の張力
に保たれて揺動アームは動かない。当該実施例の
自動車整備用リフトは、キヤリツジを所定の高さ

を係止段部に係合させてキヤリツジをロツクす

方向に回転すると、揺動杆8の先端がワイヤロー
プ9の引つ張り方向に回転するから、他方の掛止
爪6′と連繋して回転する揺動杆8′とワイヤロー
プ9との連結力が緩む。従つて回転ロツド5′は
コイルスプリング17′の力によつて反時計方向
に回転し、係止爪6′は係止段部7′と係合する。
作動杆取り付け側の係止爪6が係止段部7と噛み
合わなければ、該作動杆の回転操作が不能なため
直ちに係合不良を察知できるし、他方の係止爪
6′が係止段部7′と噛み合わない場合は、作動杆
を回転操作すると、ワイヤロープが弛み、揺動ア
ームを吊着しているコイルバネによつて揺動アー
ム先端が上方へ引つ張られ、それによつて下側の

をキヤリツジに載せて該キヤリツジを上昇させた

接触すると、ワイヤロープの張力が増して揺動ア
ームの先端が下がり当接板の上側がリミツトスイ
ツチの接点に接触して、リミツトスイツチが働く
のである。又ワイヤロープが切断した場合には、
揺動アームはコイルスプリングに引つ張られてそ
の先端が上がり、リミツトスイツチを作動させる
から、ワイヤロープの切断をも察知できる。即ち
安全装置自体の異常を知るうえにも役立つのであ

与えて該ワイヤロープに一定の張力を附与し、
支柱の適宜部位に基端を枢支され、先端が円弧
状に運動する揺動アームの先端にプーリ及びく
の字状の当接板を設け、該プーリに前記ワイヤ
ロープをテンシヨン掛けすると共に、くの字状
の当接板におけるくの字形内面にリミツトスイ
ツチの接点を配設し、揺動アーム先端の変位に
よつて当接板の両辺がリミツトスイツチの接点
と接触可能に形成した検知機構の前記当接板
を、ワイヤロープの張力と釣り合い状態に配置
し、前記リミツトスイツチの作動と保安機構と
を連動可能に構成したことを特徴とする自動車
