本考案は屋根下地材に係り、特に吊子固定部か

最近は建物の大型化が目立つており、当然大型
屋根が形成される。この大型屋根はその傾斜を急
にすればするほど棟は高くなり、屋根構造の占め
る建築費が増大するために、大型屋根は勾配を低
くすることになる。向配の低い屋根はどうしても
屋根鈑のハゼ部からの雨水の浸入による漏水があ
り、悩みの種である。例えば第1図に示すよう
に、屋根下地材1の上に屋根鈑2,2を葺設する
場合、ハゼ部2aに吊子3のハゼ係合部3aを嵌
合させて吊子3の基端部を屋根下地材1に釘、ボ
ルト等の固定部材4で固定している。風雨の強い
ときには、その外気圧と毛細管現象とが相俟つて
内側へ雨水が浸透し、吊子3に伝わつた雨水は固
定部材4とその穴を伝わつて屋根下地材1下に浸
み通り雨漏りを起す難があつた。これを解消する
ために、固定部材4の頭部を吊子3にハンダ付け
する方法も講じられているが、ハンダ付けの場合
はその手間が大変であるばかりでなく。遊びがな
くなる難がある。すなわち、屋根鈑2は夏の暑い
季節には膨張が見られる。そのために、ハゼ部2
a、吊子3の固定部等に遊びがあれば膨張した分
がどこかで吸収されるが、遊びがない場合には屋
根鈑が膨張した分、上方へ膨らんで、うねり、の

に入らず、従つて係止孔5c、固定部材6を伝わ
つて雨水が下地材5の下方に漏れるということが
