伝送を行なう火災報知設備と、各住戸、集合玄
関、管理室等に設けた複数のインターホン装置を
通話回線で相互接続し、インターホン装置の呼出
制御信号を発信側中継器から火災報知設備の伝送
信号に加えて着信側中継器に伝送して通話呼出を
行なう通話設備とを設けるようにしたため、通話
設備の通話制御信号は火災報知設備の双方向伝送
により発信側から着信側に伝送されるため、通話
設備に構内交換機としての通話制御機能を持たせ
る必要がなく、中継器により通話接続制御される
通話回線を介して各インターホン装置を相互接続
するだけでよいことから、通話設備の構成が簡略
化でき、設備コストを大幅に低減することができ
