In a dry copying machine, as shown in FIG. 1, an electrostatic latent image is formed on the surface of an image bearing surface 1 such as a photoconductive photoreceptor or a dielectric material by an electrostatic latent image forming device F. Then, a visible image made of toner is formed by a developing device D using a powder developer (hereinafter referred to as toner), and is transferred to a transfer paper fed from a paper feeder T1 by a transfer electrode T2 . Subsequently, the transfer paper is peeled off from the image carrier 1 by a peeling electrode T3 and conveyed to a conveying device T4 , where the visible toner image is fixed in a fixing section and a recording sheet is obtained.

That is, the toner scraped off by the blade 2 is generally removed by using a flexible synthetic resin thin plate or the like.
It is scooped up by the toner guide member 31 which is fixed with its tip close to or in weak contact with the surface of the image carrier 1, and further slides down, and is smoothly adhered to the toner guide member 31 and fixed in a downward slope toward the storage container 5. Moving on to the second toner guide member 32 , some of the toner continues to slide down and fall into the storage container 5 , and some of the toner is deposited on the guide surface of the second toner guide member 32 . The accumulated toner is pushed down into the storage container 5 by the rotation of a toner discharge plate 42 which is fixed to a rotating shaft 41 of the discharge member 4 and can be bent to some extent. Further, the toner adhering to the toner discharge plate 42 is removed by the end side of the toner scraping plate 43, which is made of an elastic thin plate with one end fixed, coming into contact with the rotating toner discharge plate 42 and sliding on the surface while being slightly bent. The toner discharge plate 42 is kept quiet and clean.

With the conventional shapes of the guide member, discharge member, and storage container of the cleaner device as described above, toner, which is light, easily flows, and easily scatters, accumulates as discharge residue on the downwardly sloping guide surface of the guide member. Ori,
A certain amount of toner accumulates in the storage container, and each time it is taken out, the toner flows down and scatters inside the copier, staining the inside of the copier and further staining the operator's hands and clothes, which should be clean.
This has become a place for operators to avoid in offices where cleanliness is a priority. Further, the downward slope of the guide surface of the guide member reduces the toner storage limit of the storage container, which has a limited bottom position, and increases the chances of natural removal of the storage container, which inevitably increases the frequency of staining.

This idea was created in view of the above-mentioned situation.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a blade cleaning type cleaner device that does not generate residual toner on the guide surface of a guide member, does not cause residual toner to flow down and scatter, and reduces the number of toner disposal (or collection) operations. be.

The purpose of the present invention is to remove the powder developer remaining on the image carrier surface by a cleaning device after a visible image formed by a powder developer formed on the image carrier surface is transferred to transfer paper. In a cleaning device equipped with a device for discharging the removed powder developer into a storage container, a guide formed to protrude upward into the storage container guides the removed powder developer to the storage container. a discharge member that rubs a part of the guide surface of the guide member to discharge the powder developer from the tip of the guide member into the storage container;
It is characterized by having a scraping member for scraping off powder developer adhering to the discharge member at the discharging tip portion, and also having a storage container holder that is pivotally supported below the guide member and tilts and rotates outward. This is accomplished by a cleaning device with a powder developer guide surface in a copying machine.

FIG. 3 shows a blade cleaner device equipped with an embodiment of the present invention. Although the description of the reference numerals already mentioned in this figure will be omitted, the toner guide member 31a that guides the toner is the same as the toner guide member 31 described above. The second toner guide member 32a, which is adhered to the toner guide member 31a so that the surface thereof is smooth, is aligned with the rotational circumference of the tip of the toner discharge plate 42a, with a slight flat part following the toner guide member 31a. Since the guide surface 32b, which is formed as a cylindrical surface and has an arcuate surface, protrudes into the toner storage container 5, the tip 321a necessarily faces upward. Therefore, the toner scraped off by the blade 2 is transferred to the toner guide member 32 having the arcuate surface.
The accumulated toner is deposited on the bottom of the second toner guide member 32 when the discharge plate 42a
By sliding and rotating b, the toner that is pushed down into the container 5 from the edge 321a of the guide surface 32b that protrudes into the storage container 5 and adhered to the discharge plate 42a is removed completely. Toner scraping plate 43
Therefore, there is very little residual toner near the edge 321a of the guide surface 32b, and since the edge 321a of the guide surface 32b is oriented upward, the toner will not fall off due to vibrations, shocks, etc. There's nothing wrong with that.

Further, the edge 321a can be projected higher by Δh than in the case of the fixed toner guide member 32 with a downward slope, and the storage container receiver C2 can be rotated and tilted outward on the rotation axis 51a. The toner can be gathered to the outside of the storage container 5, and the amount of toner stored in the storage container 5 can be increased. Moreover, since the edge 321a faces upward, there is no problem when providing a means for rotating and tilting the storage container 5 about the rotation shaft 51a and pulling out the container 5 from the storage container C2.

In the illustrated embodiment, the edge 321b of the toner guide 32b of the guide member 3b is replaced by the edge 3 of the previously described embodiment.
21a, the amount of toner stored in the storage container 5 is increased by protruding deeper and higher into the storage container 5, and the frequency of handling the storage container 5 for toner disposal or recovery is reduced. The ejection member 4b is in the form of an endless belt in order to match the form of the guide member 3b described above.
