た。 As shown in FIG. 1A, this magnetic head element 6 first incorporates cores 2 and 2' into supports 3 and 3' to form core supports 4 and 4', and includes a coil terminal conductor 5'. A magnetic head element 6 is formed by sandwiching the bobbin assembly 5 and bonding the core supports 4, 4'. With this manufacturing method, if the magnetic head body 6 becomes defective, any of the component parts such as the cores 2, 2', supports 3, 3', bobbin assembly 5, etc. In order to remove the parts and reuse the remaining defect-free parts, it is necessary to peel off the adhesion of the core supports 4, 4', which are adhered to each other, and make sure that no defects remain even after peeling. was quite difficult. Therefore, once a defect in the magnetic head element 6 is discovered, all of its component parts are wasted.

With a simple structure using members, the abutted cores can be easily fixed by tightening the nut member, and there is no need to form holes or the like in the cores for fixing. Since it is only necessary to assemble the magnetic head element and then incorporate it into the support, it is not necessary to have both the left and right supports, and it is sufficient to assemble the magnetic head element only on one side and then assemble it into the case. Even if it is discovered, at least the support will not be wasted, and the abutment surface of the core can be polished in advance on the core alone, rather than being polished after attaching it to the support as in the conventional case. Since polishing work can be performed by stacking a large number of cores in the same direction, work efficiency can be improved and costs can be reduced.
