Claims (1)
- ヒートシンクを櫛状にし、その先端部をヒート
シンクとして使用するため表裏に電極材を蒸着し
、更にレーザーペレツト融着面に融着用ソルダー
を蒸着してあり、ヒートシンク使用部と櫛状の枝
部との間に、レーザーダイオードのペレツト融着
後ヒートシンク使用部のみ切断するための溝を設
けてあることを特徴とする並列連結式ヒートシン
ク。
