- 側面に信号波の入力又は出力開口部を複数有す
るステータと、このステータ内で回転されて前記
入力又は出力開口部の切替を行うロータとを有す
る導波管切替器において、前記ステータとロータ
との衝突部及び摩擦部等の局部に、硬質の被膜処
理を施したことを特徴とする導波管切替器。
