    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板１に実装される半導体素子４に駆動電力を
    供給する電力供給通路５及び前記半導体素子４に
    入力する信号の入力通路２を前記基板１に設けた
    回路基板において、前記入力通路２に接続され、
    前記入力通路２に比べて比較的細い補助通路３を
    前記入力通路２に並行させて前記基板１に設け、
    ダイオード７を、当該補助通路３にアノード端子
    を接続すると共に前記電力供給通路５にカソード
    端子を接続して前記基板１に取付けてなるラツチ
    アツプ防止回路基板。
