仮想振動子、φは開口角、θは走査角、Ｒは曲率
半径である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または
相当部分を示す。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 凸面状に配列された複数の振動子を順次走査し
て選択された振動子よりその法線方向の生体内に
向け超音波が放射される超音波発生装置において
、 配列された振動子の両端方向へ走査範囲が拡大
した走査指令を出力する走査回路と、上記走査回
路の指令により所定の振動子を順次選択する電子
切換器とを備え、視野の広い範囲に亙り超音波を
放射することを特徴とする超音波発生装置。
