In conventional yarns made from animal hair, the ends and roots of the fibers are irregularly intermingled during the spinning process, which causes the scales on the hair surface to become entangled, making it impossible to separate the wool, resulting in a malleable shape. However, they quickly tangle together again, making it impossible to obtain a high-quality texture.

In order to solve the above problems, this invention
The root part of the animal hair of the fur cut into a tape shape is clamped and fixed between two threads, and the skin part of the fur is removed.
In addition, the thread portion that is clamped and fixed is twisted into a woolen yarn with the ends of the animal hair rows oriented in the radial direction.

Fig. 1 shows the process of obtaining the wool of the present invention, in which 1 is a woolen material in which animal hair 3 is provided on a tape-shaped skin 2 as shown in Fig. 3; Obtained by cutting 4 pieces of fur from 1 animal per day. The width of the tape-like skin 2 varies depending on the density of the hair, but is approximately 3 to 5 mm.

A portion is cut out, caught in another roll 8a, 8b, and taken off, and the thread portion is subjected to a twisting process. Reference numeral 9 denotes a cylinder coupled to the rolls 8a and 8b, and this cylinder is rotated by a drive source (not shown). Reference numeral 10 denotes a gear that meshes with the gear of the drive source, and although not shown, the rolls 8a and 8b also have gears that mesh with this gear, and rotate together in the thread take-off direction. The direction in which the cylinder 9 rotates is opposite to the twisting direction of the yarns 5a and 5b, so that the rotation of the cylinder 9 causes the yarns 5a and 5b to become rope-like and do not untwist. When sewing with a sewing machine, forced twisting is required.

Wool yarn made through conventional general spinning processes had the disadvantage that the hairs became entangled with each other because the surface was covered with a layer of scales. The yarn is made by clamping and fixing the root between two yarns with the ends of the hair aligned, and twisting it into a mall shape, so each hair is oriented in the same direction, so there is no entanglement due to scales, and this It can be easily raised when knitted or woven with wool,
Clothing with extremely good texture can be obtained.
