  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原稿が載置される上面を備えた画像読み取
    り装置本体と、 この画像読み取り装置本体の一端に、開動する
    ように設けられた第１の原稿押さえと、 前記画像読み取り装置本体の上面と前記第１の
    原稿押さえとの間に介在し、前記画像読み取り装
    置本体に対して開動可能に設けられ、前記上面の
    上方から前記原稿の位置が確認できる透明部を有
    した第２の原稿押さえとを具備したことを特徴と
    する画像読み取り装置。 (2) 前記第２の原稿押さえが、網状に形成され
    たことを特徴とする請求項１記載の画像読み取り
    装置。 (3) 前記第１の原稿押さえの端部に設けられた
    第１の取手と、前記第２の原稿押さえの端部に前
    記第１の取手とは相重ならない第２の取手とを具
    備したことを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の
    画像読み取り装置。
